I wonder how the W3C draft specification [Web Cryptography API www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/WebCryptoAPI/] fits with the eSignature draft regulation [http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/policy/esignature/eu_legislation....

It looks surprisingly timely... Does it address the need for distributed, affordable, enforceable and accessible trust? Do the drafts align? Should they? Thoughts anyone?
