The Software & Service Architectures, Infrastructures and Engineering Unit (Information Society & Media Directorate-General) have produced a report entitled "Advances in Clouds - Research in Future Cloud Computing", edited by Keith Jeffery, Lutz Schubert. This report considers the current, fast-moving, situation and identifies research topics which could provide Europe with the know-how to be world-leading in Cloud Computing.
