Ph.D. degree in Psychology at the Oviedo University and Master on Electronic Commerce at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Since the 90s, he has been involved in the design, development and management of Information Society related projects, at national and international level. His career places him in different areas of work for the development of projects related to both, the digital divide and citizenship eInclusion, as well as the Social Innovation and the SMEs Digital Maturity through the implementation of the SAT Network – www.astursat.net. Paco Prieto is currently Director of CTIC Foundation-Information Society. His professional activity has been linked to a wide range of projects related to the Information Society, such us: Development of the e-Asturias 2007 Strategy, Information Society Strategic Plan of the Principality of Asturias, and the management and monitoring of the e-Asturias 2012 Strategy, Information Society Strategic Plan, working for the Government of the Principality of Asturias. The Asturian Telecentre Network, with the implementation of the first telecentre in 2000 until the consolidation of the network in 2008 with 85 telecentres. Developing the SAT Centres Network that aims at incorporating ICT into the SMEs management model. This project counts with more than a decade of activity and 9 centres dedicated to the promotion, dissemination and implementation of ICT among SMEs in Asturias. Other projects can be highlighted like the Piatic Plan (selfemployed and ICT), or the ESTIC Program (aimed at the promotion and implementation of ICT among social economy enterprises), both operating from 2004 to present. He is particularly interested in identifying new communication, social improvement and innovation processes in organizations, and thus he has received training in creativity and innovation, being certified in the methodology Lego© Serious Play™. Publications and Conferences: Co-author of the books i-Economy - ICT Economy, Innovation and Competitiveness (2011) and The Employment Network in Spain (2002). He was coordinator of the book Spanish Telecentre Networks - A story to tell (2005). He was responsible for the organization of the Development Cooperation and ICT Congress (Coop 2.0) in its three editions: 2008, 2009 and 2012, and for the International Congress Children in ICT in 2009, 2010 and 2012.
