The project GUADALINFO (Andalucia, Spain) for years, broke the existing digital divide, the technological and the personal. Now projects are Social Innovation, which will surely revert in future projects such as economic and personal empowerment. Consequently, the project is meeting the objectives originally proposed placing the region at the level of the country and Europe.
