While living for extended periods in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, and as a result of extensive traveling, I developed a profound cultural interest. In developing countries I worked in the public sector (with fundamental links to the private sector; such as Chambers of Commerce) on top-national and regional level for, and in cooperation with, the major bilateral and multi-lateral donor agencies for development (foreign aid) programs such as: ADB, FAO, FINNIDA, GTZ, IFAD, ILO, JICA, The Netherlands Govt., NORAD, SACEP, SIDA, WorldBank (WB), UNDP, UNICEF, UNIDO.
