Antonio Hyder is a scientist, marketer, engineer and entrepreneur. He completed a European Marketing PhD at the University of Valencia, Spain, focused on the intersection of Web technologies and Marketing. Dr Hyder holds Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, European Engineering and MBA qualifications from 3 Universities in Valencia, from Middlesex University in London, and has received 3 innovation awards. He is a visiting researcher at Stanford University, California USA and Nottingham University, UK and a regular reviewer for scientific projects with a strong market orientation in the fields of his interest: online consumer behaviour, e-tourism and innovation.
He is a Professor of Marketing at Toulouse Business School in Barcelona and CEO of Hydermarketing, a marketing consultancy dedicated to promoting the competitiveness of European digital businesses on a global scale, using marketing scientific research. Hydermarketing is based in Spain, UK, India, Singapore and Silicon Valley USA.
Prior to completing his PhD thesis, and for 6 years, Antonio was startup and marketing director for Citylogo.com, a marketing Web site dedicated to improvement of European e-commerce and online targeting, where he combined his doctoral research skills and his professional managerial skills.
