Very useful. What is your view (from your vantage point) on social media and involving those there are 'less e-literate' or persons with disabilities?

Good document/overview with some simple guidlines, 6 rules, 10 tips and 15pages of concrete technical applications. EU Commission/DG INFSO is following most of them and in some parts even more advanced and going further.
