Thank you for your questions, both of them are really key questions in our certification process.

Actually, we have already developed an “ in-laboratory ” process of scaling up the e-facilitators professional certification. Fundacion Esplai, in collaboration with other national organizations from Italy, Germany, France, Bulgaria and Spain implemented a lifelong learning project called “VET4e-Inclusion”, please find the project website here http://www.efacilitator.eu/wordpress/ . According to our experience we need to create a minimum common framework which includes the minimum subjects needed to become a professional e-facilitator, and after that prepare a good transculturalization process according to each national or regional reality needs. This comment link with the first questions, probably we can use umbrella organizations or propose to other stakeholders and actors, the possibility to, 1) create the climate and promote research to know the e-facilitators needs, 2) in order to promote a permanent update of the needs create a kind of “observatory” at the European level, under a common framework and European organizations.

Anyway, the only thing that we ( Catalonian government, European partners and Fundación Esplai) agree is, we need to discuss the roadmap deeply and joining the more organization and people in the process the better.
