Dear EU Commission & DAA Innovation & Entrepreneur Members,

I am proposing a true Digital Portal in future for the Digital Agency Assembly of The European Union to open the Digital Doorway to a gathering of all International Original Content Creators!

As a Management Consultant representing an estimated 10,000 original International Artists & Creators, I symbolically represent them for the Assembly and European Union Commission on 21 & 22 June 2012.

By 2013, I hope we can converge via technology for 1 hour in a conference to show the true numbers of creators and discuss how Art & Content travels digitally which is not yet classified by OECD as an Export Product nor by EXIM Banks of any Government worldwide!

How can I bulk-sell Content Packages to Corporate Buyers when Content Creators are not even mentioned in Law by Governments to allow me to protect and offer Finance & Loan & Insurance Protections as part of Fair Trade Agreements Internationally?

And I bring one suggestion that Content Creators must be classified as Highly-Skilled & be granted International Business Visas simultaneously, to travel across borders to Export & Trade as fast as their Content can!

Also, the WIPO, International Governments & EU Commission does not yet have a way to Certificate an individual as an Intellectual Proprietor other than the Patent & WIPO Copyright System, so I am proposing we conider creating a New Classification of an EU & World Standard, similar to The Universal USer Agreement Online!

I am also making a crucial recommendation, that Intellectual Property be classified and legislated as a Commodity as part of the Smart Future Agenda and Policy change!
