Every New Act of Intellectual Property will be capable of Instant Recognition, total security of ownership/s, electronic time-stamps, multiple platform recognition such as Mobile Phone, Mobile Network, Satellite Location Point, GPRS, Computer Hard drive record, Microsoft Systems Document Save Time & Date to Birth Certificate, Drivers License, Passport to Banking Electronic Codes & Accounts.

In this Futuristic Law, which we need now, you The European Commission, will have a True Guardianship, Witness & Protector of all Content Creators, Scientists, Employees, Company Invention, Science strength and more respect and power granted the thinkers, keepers of knowledge to young and small pioneers.

Every Litigation & Patent fight will be removed & reduced in the size of battle and waste of evolutionary development. We all work on multiple platforms, creations and design our day on top of computer coding which is not invented by ourselves!

So, I propose the evidential fact that the World has changed! SAP, Accenture, EDS, TATA, AVENADE, Baker & McKenzie, McKinsey & Company, all are wonderful and clever Corporate Entities which can quickly serve your Environmental Plan, War Plan or Computer Agenda, but you miss out out on special local & foreign blend of uniqueness and endeavour of the individual!
*(I still find it unbeilievable that Children are not allowed to legally enter their thoughts or contributions or opinions until they are 18 years of age, when they are the freshest innovators you have - so I propose these changes to include Children also!)

So in this Legislation for the EU I propose many side-arm beneficial Companion Laws which help OECD, EXIM Banks, WIPO, WTO to the UN and Trade Agencies care for the very latest crisis and Country and devote a Digital Allocation of Care and Resources instantly of a Digitsed Cluster to get the very best minds together in an active instant and pay all parties fairly for their contributions and employ ordinary people and individuals to operate and learn alongside the most specialised wihtin our Communities so instead of dumbing down Citizens we smarten-up our fellow Citizen!
