I think a discussion to actually remove or dramatically redesign patent law maybe something to consider first. It has been mentioned millions of times that if Berners Lee would have received a patent from the Swiss Patent Department we may not have the Internet as we know it today. If MySQL would have been patented we would have no way of boasting hundreds of thousands of Apps simply because the other databases would PREVENT building those in the first place. We will introduce a radically disruptive technology later this years once we have all our ducks in the row and I decided to pull back my patent application for the same reason. Patent protection does nothing but slow down innovation. The argument from the bio industry that it is necessary to protect massive investments in order to make those investments in the first place are not strong enough. I wholeheartedly believe if we would no longer support patents that they would still make those investment in order to actually maintain their respective leadership.

To add to the other two, I'd fully support your top two, providing startups with free legal aid in general.
Also top 3 would be of great help for young entrepreneurs to get going.

Maybe suggest a fourth topic along those lines: Provide base education about starting a company during college. Have experienced entrepreneurs talk about their experience and inspire people to get there.
