Clouds and Roaming
Clouds can offer many services to its users, such as access to any information or service at any time, anywhere, no matter what device they are using.
However, internationally on the move mobile users encounter a problem: the high cost of roaming connections. Being in a foreign country, can not do to depend on wireless connections or being exposed to the risk of paying a high cost for the connection.
For this reason, I think that roaming costs is another factor to be considered when talking about the cloud on the move.

Thanks for your comment Michele. Since the cloud is a global, not just European, I was treating roaming as global, and not only at European level.
I am aware that the European Commission has addressed this issue, and stablished deadlines in the reduction rates for data roaming inside Europe.
However, we must look to other countries with whom we do business now and in the near future as Latin America: Brazil, Argentina or Chile, as well as USA and China. Data roaming in these countries to access the cloud services can be tremendous. At this point I wanted to reach, and put some attention.
