Development of social media will continue in the future.
However, many problems -- personal information is exposed -- are also in the shade of development.
We cannot enjoy ourselves comfortably.
The 21st century media needs 21st century rule.
About social media, I think needs the rule beyond a country of the global standard.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by the term "21st century rule" do you mean that the Social Communicaiton space should be subject to an online Etiquette?

This is interesting. For example do we all need to know how to behave online since the record is permanent and cannot be easily removed should we want to use our real identity in the process.

Hi,
"21st century rule",mean the promise of people,
does not mean someone rules over or supervise.
For example, when communicating in social media,
examines whether it is an utterance which damages someone of worlds,or checking whether the interpretation is wrong.
I think desire that the contents which showed the fundamental action about social media.
It is shown to not only an adult but a child,
we can expect educational effects

Hiroko aka Kanoh0x0 -
This is a good question and yes, it needs to be addressed. There are lots of concerns around social media and most are based on misunderstanding. I guess "rules" are probably the wrong solution - education is probably more important.

Most of the Internet user tried very hard to have no ruler and no rules on the Internet and most western countries kept it that way. The same is what we should do with Social Media.

Yes, personal information is exposed, but only if you expose it. It should be YOUR decision to do so or not. Also it is best practice to have a real name and a photo and a real identity - again it is a recommendation there should be nobody to make that a rule, even though it makes a lot of sense for probably 99.9% of the situation.

Again - I 100% agree that we need to give this great attention, as it prevents people to participate right now which is a disadvantage and it gives those who participate but with no good base understanding a disadvantage as well. I feel it needs to be part of a larger social media education / information effort.

Hi,Thanks,
I am a Japanese and have not got used to English culture.
The expression a "rule" may not be suitable.
What kind of expression is suitable?
Age of social media, we need the education of the global standard. So I think need the "rule" used as the foundation as it to decide.
